Sell a Shell

Not able to be a sponsor? No problem!
This will take community effort. Did you know if Everyone in Elgin donated $0.50 it would pay for fireworks for 2 years?
We know that probably won't happen so someone said, why not "sell a shell".
Then someone asked "These are hard economic times, what if people can't afford a shell?"
We thought about it and came up with an idea so that anyone could donate and be a part of the Elgin Fireworks.

Please understand, you're not buying a shell or a firework. You are donating so we can pay for a licensed fireworks company to put on a glorious display to our friends and families in Elgin.
