Elgin Jaycees Meet with the City of Elgin

The Elgin Jaycees have been in discussions with the City of Elgin to bring back the fireworks to the community.  We are in the process of finalizing everything with the city. The idea the Jaycees have is to make this a day long event, after the parade, ending with a firework show.  This will be a family oriented event with vendors, activities, food, and more.
