The Elgin Jaycees provide the opportunity for young adults, both men and women, to develop personal and leadership skills through local community involvement and organizational involvement.
Jaycees are proactive young men and women who believe that positive impact in their community is the way to build a stronger nation. We work hard to sharpen our professional and interpersonal skills by running projects and programs in our community. Skills obtained include business plan development, media relations, project management and problem solving skills.
